As I get ready for tomorrow’s day of no solid food, I wonder … is it really necessary?  The answer of course is No


Chicken Stock

I love making chicken stock after we roast a bird. We keep a bag in the freezer with bits of onion, celery, carrots, chicken bits from other meals …. Today I think I‘m using much too much onion, especially red onion that I had salvaged from a cookbook club where I made onion soup. Let‘s see how this one goes!
